We do our best to answer quickly! Emails will be answered within 24 to 72 hours. If after 72 you did not received a reply, please kindly re-send your email and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
How can I pay on FitShopPro.com?
FitShopPro.com accepts payment from the main credit cards companies using the Shopify Payment Processor which is really secured and can process the main credit cards.
Are there shipping fees?
Shipping fees apply to our products and depend on the weight and number of items you order. Shipping fees start at 8.99$
When will I receive my order?
The shipping time varies from one location to the other from one item to the other. Not every product comes from the same supplier, so you may receive many packages for an order containing many items. While shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Average Shipping time per countries is as followed:
USA: 5-34 Days*
CA: 15-34 Days*
AU: 15-34 Days*
Other countries: 15-45 Days*
* Average shipping times, please note that the shipping time during holidays may take a little longer. All our orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, but we do not have any control on customs delays, holydays or on shipping companies’ logistics management.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number for each of the item you ordered. You may receive multiple emails if you ordered different products.
You will be able to track your orders in the official website of the shipping company that is delivering your package or on these sites:

Please note that shipping companies do not update their webpages daily. Sometimes, it can take 5 to 10 days to see the tracking information on their websites.

Can I cancel my order?
If you just passed your order, contact us, we will try our best to locate your order and make the cancellation. Once you pass your order, we have an automated system that help us ship your order in less than 24h. For that reason, it is almost impossible for us to process a cancellation in time. Please note that there is a $4.95 cancellation fee for refund system transactions.
If we where unable to cancel your order, while the product arrives, you have seven days to send it back to us for a refund. We will refund the product value, without the shipping fees. Contact us for return procedure. Please note that some restrictions apply on final sales and some products for hygiene reasons.
Can I get a refund?
While you receive your product you have up to 7 days to contact our customer service at contact [@] fitshoppro.com to get the refunds procedure. Fitshoppro.com is not responsible for the return shipping cost. After 7 days of receiving the product no refunds will be processed.
Contact us for shipping address, please NEVER send it to the address on the box. Package needs to be shipped to the office that process the refunds. If you send it to the package address, your package will get lost, or shipped back to you, and never arrive to the right department for refund.
Please note that for hygiene reasons some restrictions can apply on clothing and bathing suits. Even if returned, clothing without original labels will not be refunded. Bathing suits are considered as underwear, on any case we do not take them back for refunds.
All products need to be returned with all it's original components, as boxes, chargers, manuals, etc. We will not refund the value of each missing component. For example $5.00 for boxes and $2.00 for manuals.

Can I change my shipping address?
All orders are processed really fast, we have less than 12 hours to change any order information. Once shipped we can’t make any address changes. You will have to contact directly the shipping company.

Can I change the color of my item?
Sorry but the answer is no, once you pass your order, we have an automated system that help us ship your order in less than 48h. Because of that short delay, it is impossible for us to make any changes on your order.
In this case, we suggest to order another item with the right color, and while you receive the first one, just send it back to us and we will refund you the product value. We do not refund the shipping cost.
What if item is broken or defective?
If the product is damaged, we will replace it without any charges within 7 days. Please provide within that period of time, a photo or video of the broken item to contact [@] fitshoppro.com for the record.
What if I did not receive my item?
All our orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, but we do not have any control on customs delays, holidays or on shipping companies’ logistics management. If you did not receive your item within 60 days of the order, please contact us and we will send another one or completely refund you.
Are there any custom taxes to pay?
We are not responsible for any custom duty or import taxes. Items are shipped as gifts with a value of (5$ - 35$). There should be no taxes to pay. In the event where the item is held by custom you will need to clear the custom charges. No refund will be provided for items held at the custom.
Most countries allow residence to receive gifts without tax. However, buyers are responsible for any tax or charges applied by the local authorities.
